Nutrition is Key   

What is clean eating? With all the trendy diets out there it can be overwhelming to decide what to eat.  I believe in a simple approach of eating. 

The less processed the better.

Read the ingredients - NO ADDED SUGAR

Shop the perimeter of the store.

And drink lots of water.

Meal plan - to save time, money and from indulging in too much. 

I measure my food. In the beginning I used containers to measure and sometimes still do. But I have a better eye now what a serving looks like and it's not what you think. 

Most of us are consuming double the amount of daily calories and sitting all day at work. It's no wonder more and more people are obese.

Currently I am in a Masters Program for Human Nutrition. I am learning more about nutrition to help you with your nutrition.
