Nutrition is Key   

As I have learned during the course of my masters program, nutrition can heal you. 

I believe in preventive measures and nutrition is key to preventing some of the main causes of preventable deaths. 

With all the information out there - where do you start?

  • ​Avoid ultra processed foods

  • Read the nutrition labels - check for added sugar 

  • Shop the perimeter of the store - many the produce section

  • Drink lots of water

What’s next?

  • Meal plan - to save time, money and from indulging in too much. 

  • Portions matter. Check your portion sizes.
