As I have learned during the course of my masters program, nutrition can heal you.
I believe in preventive measures and nutrition is key to preventing some of the main causes of preventable deaths.
With all the information out there - where do you start?
Avoid ultra processed foods
Read the nutrition labels - check for added sugar
Shop the perimeter of the store - many the produce section
Drink lots of water
Meal plan - to save time, money and from indulging in too much.
Portions matter. Check your portion sizes.
