Ok. I am an emotional eater. First step is admission, right? Look, I try to maintain a healthy diet. I have for years. And since 2015, with clean eating and exercising consistently, I have lost 35 pounds. But with everything going on in my life right now, I am emotionally eating and it's not doing me any good.
I just finished an 80 Day workout program and followed the nutrition as best I could. But as soon as it was over... I screwed up. I started to emotionally eat. I want this to stop.
So, there is a new program called 2B Mindset. It allows you to eat everything you want! Like seriously - chocolate, wine and bread. Those are my favorite things. I can eat them. I believe I have finally found the nutrition program that is right for me.
I have been reading the materials and listening to/watching the videos and I am excited. I just finished my meal plan for the week. I pulled out recipe books I have not used in a while. I changed things up from what I have been doing all year so far... I am excited about next weeks food!!! When you are excited about your food you will eat it!!!!!!
