This week I was sore... EVERY DAY.... I had 3 days off... one a short stretch... two YOGA and the last a great walk with my pups.
Monday my arms were sore by Wednesday I had a hard time straightening my arms because my biceps were sore.... Yesterday my inner thighs and hamstrings were sore.... It's all good because it means change is happening! Thank you for following my journey!!!
