I believe we have lost sight about what food should be doing for us to fuel our bodies to get through the day and have chosen to indulge in food because of the pleasure aspects.

I am guilty of this too! I am a firm believer in not denying yourself pleasurable foods - BUT - not eating them all the time. This nutrition program has put simple principles in place to help you live your life.... but also fuel your body.
