Just finished Week 3 of this workout program! How will I ever go back to working out every day of the week?!?!?!? I did a 20 minute core workout yesterday and today my obliques are SORE!
Kitchen time today meal prepping... It's getting easier again. For a few months now I have struggled with getting off the sofa on Sundays. Then I started allowing myself to take a nap after our walks - 4 weeks now - and that nap seems to be what I need to get myself in the kitchen and get it done!
Last week I still struggled with sticking to the meal plan. I am settling down to into my new spot in my 9 to 5. But what happened this weekend in my own business was amazing!!!!! I am very excited!!!
Our walk this morning was super HOT! We had to stop for a bit in the shade for a water break.
After our walk I came home and made a delicious Smoothie Bowl!
1 Tropical Strawberry pack of Shakeology
1 cup of Unsweetened Almond milk
1 cup of blueberries
Lots of ice
Water as needed
Added some coconut flakes on top with some chia seeds. It was the perfect answer to a hot day!
