The White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland must have been based on us all... well at least all of us who have no time to do anything!
Too much on my plate... can't do it now... no time...
I get it. I had no time to take care of me either... no time to start a business... no extra time...
Guess what, we are all given the same 24 hours... when we start being intentional with our time, you can find time for those things you say you don't have time for... like exercise!
I had thought I could put recurring events in my calendar and I would be on time for everything... WRONG! Life is not the same every single day or week. So I have a few tips on what I just did to make this week run a little smoother. (I use the Google Calendar)

1. I deleted all my recurring events - except for sleep. That I do try to do on the same schedule due to my insomnia and because I like to and need to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
2. I then looked at all the previously scheduled events and added them to my calendar - this is your work time if you work for a company, doctor's appointments, calls relating to business/training, and other events you might be going to that week.
3. I then schedule my morning routine. This includes my practice of gratitude, journals, feeding my pup and working out and walking my pup as well as the amount of time it take to get ready. I do 30 minute workouts and can spend far too long on journaling... So it's important to be intentional.
4. Lastly, since I am a business owner... I schedule my business hours. I try to get at least 2 hours a day during the week and make sure I have a good stop time. It's so important to add that stop time, because if you are like me you could keep going for hours and hours on your passion!
So, maybe these tips will help you. I don't have kids so I know if you do that it becomes a bit more complicated. But scheduling in 30 minutes a day for exercise benefits your kids and everyone in your life!
