If you would have said a few years ago that a Barre workout would change me I would have laughed at you. I spent my twenties and early thirties thinking I had to push myself so hard and it had to be high impact to change me.


In the last few years I have learned that it doesn't need to be high impact to make a huge impact. It was a program I watched on PBS that was the game changer for me. It was called Aging Backwards. Check out a bit about it here.


That program showed me low impact moves making a huge difference in people's lives.

Now, there is something similar I can do in my home and this makes me excited!


Another thing that you may not know about me is that I did belly dancing lessons for a couple of years when I lived in Miami. What belly dancing did for me was got me in touch with my inner female and I tell you I think that brought about changes I am still seeing today! I believe this Barre workout program will continue that feeling of being in touch with my inner female.


So what exactly is it... well I have done 3 workouts now and I can't stop smiling... but here are the key bits of information you might need to know.
